Once an item has been purchased you will receive updated information on your order by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered. If a particular order requires special processing due to an out of stock item you will be notified immediately.
Return Policy
To provide our custom services in a timely fashion, we begin your creation when the order is placed. Since every custom piece is unique, we cannot issue a refund after 24 hours of purchase. If you choose to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. If you choose to return a pillow you may do so within 15 days of receiving it.
Please inspect pillows upon delivery. Any damaged pillows should be reported to Ecotiques immediately.
Ecotiques must approve a return prior to returning the product in order to receive credit (terms of credit are specified below). For some products sales are final - no returns are allowed. Please contact us prior to purchase for information.
For pre-approved return items; the item must be in original condition and returned within 15 days of delivery. All goods damaged or held by the customer for more than 15 days, cannot be returned. ALL returns will be assessed a 25% restock fee. No credit will be issued for shipping costs. Returned merchandise will be credited on an in-store account or exchange.

Please note that because cork comes from the bark of a tree, each piece of fabric varies in pattern. A cork pillow that you order may not look identical to the cork pillow on the website. Each cork pillow has its own unique design to it.
